I'm all for competition and still wish Viva was around. Unfortunately they were squashed in court. They were probably the best competitive option compared to Steelbooks.

I think it's safe to say that kids can damage either case if they really want to, my view is simply that metal beats plastic in this regard. Still a shame that your poor Steelbook took a beating.
