getting xbr5, should i get hdmi 1.3 player?

I want to utilitze the tv to it's fullest but i don't know if it's really worth the hassel to return this play and get a new one.

If you have the oportunity to exchange it, I'd consider it (for audio purposes) but for video, and immediate purposes, the s300 will do all you need it to do (PQ is gonna be the same across the board for you)
