PS3 uses the same cord for component as the PS2. You can get them dirt cheap on ebay or any game store like gamestop, etc. BTW, the 360 doesnt come with a ability to upgrade hard drives, wifi, built in battery charger, a HD disc playback system, web browser, capability for lossless audio, reliable hardware, etc etc. But you're right, 360 is better cause it comes with a component cable.
