Actually responding with a lawyer doesn't really get you much further. It tends to get you directly to the legal dept of most companies rather than an executive. Trust me when I tell you companies have more time, resources, and lawyers than the average consumer. Unless your seriously going to pursue legal recourse with your actions I would suggest writing the letter yourself.
