I believe that is a 100 watt per channel amp.
Sounds to me like you've cooked the speakers because they probably have a very low wattage handling capacity.
It is unlikely you will damage the reciever unless they completely burn out but it's not worth the risk, so get new speakers that can handle a 100 watts peak at least.
