My first thought (not noticing the "Joke" disclaimer) was, even if it was true, any exec who gushes "Hell, yeah!" in a press interview would have to have been fairly lubricated at the time--
And thus to be taken with the same credulity for actual production statements as post-Golden Globes interviews.

They should redo DAREDEVIL. This could be a badass movie if it was done right.

The Director's Cut of Daredevil is a lot better, but it definitely isn't as good as Iron Man or the Incredible Hulk. It should definitely be redone. In fact, Marvel needs to take back all of its properties. Though it seems some can't be saved, the new Punisher reboot looks terrible.
