Any more Shuji Terayama on blu-ray will let me pass out! That only Japanese blu-ray is not enough at all! I can never get enough of Terayama, I bought Terayama's avant-garde shorts VHS box with a decent price last year, his books got translated and released in mainland China here this year, now if more of his works were on blu-ray...

This sounds really exciting. Keep up the great work, guys.

I am over the moon about The Last Movie release. Thank you Arbelos! I will be picking this up and Funeral Parade the day they get released!

Yes!! Amazing news! This is a holy grail release, I honestly thought it would never happen. I can't wait to upgrade my VHS quality bootleg of this. If you could also get Hopper's Out of the Blue, that would be awesome too. I'm also not opposed to any Shuji Terayama releases either.

I definitely like the sound of this! Can't wait to find out what other films you have planned.

Right, though I'd be perfectly happy to see an English-friendly issue of the Japanese Blu-ray box to sart with! His work deserves the full HD treatment like it was done fore Walerian Borowczyk. Shuji Terayama is more than a director/screenwriter - he's a poet, writer, dramatist, photographer with deep ties to the Japanese acid folk scene (Kan Mikami, Kazuki Tomokawa).

Anyway, first let's rejoice with that Dennis Hopper movie coming to Blu-ray format!

Is there any possibility we could get Metalhead on blu-ray now?
