Mine arrived with damage, I emailed and sent it back, waiting on my replacement now. I’ve gotta say in my experience Zavvi have always sorted my problems out with free replacements.

I received a damaged version of Big Fish from them. Instead of sending a replacement they offered me a $5 credit. If they don’t have a replacement for Solo, I’ll buy one from Film Arena since it’s the same thing.

Sweet mine arrived today! Undamaged. Sorry that you guys have damaged ones that sucks.

I have been ordering steels from them for a while and haven't had any arrive with even a scratch.

The embossing on this steelbook makes it way nicer than the flat Best Buy US steelbook. Definitely digging this one and the simplicity of just the Falcon on the front (which I know others find boring/lazy).

Nothing wrong with my delivery. Finally watched the movie too. Really enjoyed it. Not sure what all the hate was about...
