Zavvi dispatched my 3D steelbook.

More fingers crossed than a summa-verminoth has tenticles that the thing turns up without any damage... !

yes took 6 hrs to get return label and was refunded within 7 working days

you will have to pay the return as it was not there fault or defected but that is better than having a steel you do not want

Got mine today, going to send it back due to damage! The top has a scratch and the two bottom sides have been scuffed on the card, second in a row damaged now! I would post some pics but I’m unsure how.

LOL. I was supposed to receive a refund from them for an item I ordered which never arrived and I just gave up because I've sent so many messages and did so many live chats in the span of weeks.

Zavvi customer service sucks.

I got my ship notification from Zavvi last week so I'm hoping to get it delivered before this weekend. Anyone in the US get theirs yet?

EDIT: Mine just delivered today! In pristine condition. Can't wait to pop in the 3D.
