Blockbuster Unlimited Rentals for 7 days:$10

I'm not sure if this has been posted. I couldn't find it on the forums.
My local Blockbuster (NC) has a "Summer" rental program for unlimited rentals (all movies including Blu-ray and games) for 7 days for $10. Limited to 1 checked out at a time but you can return to the store an unlimited amount of times over the 7-day period for as many movies as you can watch.
I don't know if this is a national deal or if it's already included in their other programs.
