Default Question to XBR2 and XBR3 owners

From my understanding, the Sony logo at the bottom outputs a blue light.

While watching a movie, does the blue light annoy?
Is it possible to disable the blue-light coming form the Sony logo?

Or is there no blue light at all?

Default Sony Blue Light

I went with the XBR3 52 LCD. The Blue light can be turned off in the setup menu as an option. I have mine on still and it hasnt bothered me one bit. You really dont notice it at all. Probably because the picture on the screen is so damn beautiful!

i have the 46 XBR3 tv and at first the blue light at the bottom was a bit annoying because i wasnt use to it, but no i dont notice it at all. But the picture on the tv is so damn amazing!

Oh and the diff between the XBR2 and XBR3 is the color of the Tv. If i were u i would go with the XBR3 I love both of mine!

But i would wait for the new XBR5 coming this fall!
