Hi. I am sure someone here will have an answer for me.
Here's my set-up: Direct TV HD box connected to an Onkyo 606 via HDMI cable. The Onkyo is connected via HDMI to my LG TV. I have a Philips DVDR985 that I want to use to put todays Broncos game on disc for my brother. I have never used the Philips, and I have NO IDEA how to add it to my set-up. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. |

Ok, here are some specifics:
I have tried connecting component cables from the output of the Direct TV box to the input of the Philips recorder. I tried the same from the Onkyo to the Philips Recorder. Either way, the Philips is not getting a signal. I am sure I am missing some simple step. |
