Default My Weekend Movie Plans!

Just cause I know you all care...

Planning a day out on Saturday to hit up 4 movies since I finally have a day to myself (if all goes well of course )

Start with The Stepfather in the am, followed by Paranormal Activity, then a "Enhanced Theatre Experience" of Law Abiding Citizen, and end the day off with Where The Wild Things Are in IMAX

Can't wait!

Bring some eye drops. My eyes would be hurting if I watched that many in a row.

when I DO go to the multiplex, I chart the day and usually spend 10 hours
inside . . usually around XMAS just to get them all in on one day.
By 11:00 pm the tush hurts and the eyes are on fire , but at least I beat the system and saw the big ones in one day . .one admission . . just water and
candy all day. . .what a miserable life I have . . I need to get a life..need more
company. A companion, maybe. I do watch Sports, though at a place where they serve
booze and people scream at the top of their lungs and the drinks cost nothing.
(Mohegan Sun, Ct).Now, THAT'S livin . .

i would love a weekend like this!!!

i get to visit my in-laws on Saturday () after I’m done cleaning the garage, mowing the lawn and mulching the leaves.

then on Sunday I’ll be watching the Packer game then working in the basement on my side business…I’m a taxidermist and have a fawn to work on this weekend.

+1 I can barely watch back to back movies at home let alone in the movie theaters. I just don't have the attention span

I would be watching the Imaginurim of Doctor Parnassus but for some reason it's not showing in my local so I'll have to go all the way to blackpool.

Isn't it rediculous how much they charge now for IMAX!? It used to be $12! Now it's $17.50! But luckily, I'm going with an employee of Cineplex, so in for free I go. Otherwise, I'd have to use 1,000 of my SCENE points! lol

It's a sort of "IMAX-ish" movie theatre... from the AMC Moviewatcher website:
