Default Volume Low on Sony Laptop
just got a new laptop (vpccw17fx) and the problem is the blu-ray movies all have very low volume. it only gets as loud as a conversation but not shouting loud. and i like my movies loud. so what do you guys think?

ive tried other dvds and they play much louder.
the bluray player is windvd
i havent changed any settings on the computer since its new
i talked to three sony service reps and they have no idea.

again, the problem is only blu-ray movies play too low. every other sound on the comp is at a louder and more adequate level.
