Now that I can "FINALLY!" pre-order Memoirs of a Geisha [U.S. version] via Amazon.com, when's the other title that I'm drooling over, going to come out?

A bit of spoiler there, mate.

Although, it would put another level to the review cliche: "the image pops right out of the screen." Hahaha!

Universal has domestic distribution rights to The Ring.

I just noticed this on one of the HD movie channels...usually that's a good sign!

Some of those sudden "in your face" scenes, combined with the audio will really make this a day #1 for me!

eh, I was hoping for the original instead. Too bad that one isn't coming out, not even in Japan.

Well, given that it's Dreamworks, it's probably with Paramount now. Those all shifted over. I would like to have a boxset with both American film and the four Japanese films.

The avatar was the red-faced demon from Insidious, this one is The Crow: City of Angels.

Bio-Dome and the Fan are always on HD channels.. been waiting for these for a while.. but you're right, usually when catalog movies are on cable and especially in HD mean we should be seeing them on BD soon enough... With Halloween coming around it would make sense to get this out already.. I was hoping the same for The Program and Necessary Roughness with football season right around the corner.. but that seems far fetched

Ah yes, you're correct! Why was I thinking Uni? Well maybe it will be part of Paramount's 100th next year?
That's a great idea about including the Japanese versions! Here's to hoping!

You've seen this on an HD channel? Great move! I have not seen it in HD yet.

yes a few months back i saw it on AMC HD and Necessary Roughness was on the country channel HD..

Ah, no wonder...I have Directv and they don't offer AMC in HD. I hate it because AMC offers some of the best shows onTV right now!
