Anyone having issues loading Stargate 15th Anniversary Edition?

It took a really long time to load Stargate. Starting the movie was flakey at best. Here is what happened. After watching the previews, the screen went blank and stayed that way until I pressed the Popup Menu key on the remote and then it showed the "Loading" indicator and then stalled, then I pressed the Popup Menu key again and it restarted the "Loading" indicator and then stalled again. This occurred 4 times during the start of the movie. Finally, the main menu appeared on the screen where I was able to select the options that I wanted for playback.

After I watched the movie, I ejected and reinsert the disc to see if by-passing the previews would start normally. The same irregularities had occurred as before.

I contacted Lionsgate for support a week ago, but no answer from them as of yet. Here is the link for Lionsgate "Contact Us"

Anyone else having issues with Stargate 15 loading? If so, have you contacted Lionsgate for a resolution? And if you got an answer, what was the fix?
