Default Eight studios only supporting Blu Ray

Disney
Miramax
Columbia Tri Star
Lions Gate
Sony Pictures
Pixar
MGM
Fox
Will only support Blu RAy, with only Universal holding out but probably not for long.
Add in dual support from Warner and Paramount and it seems 90+% of movies will be available on Blu Ray, and only about 30% on hd dvd.

I would suggest that any Toshiba player purchased could be used as a boat anchor later on when the format dies, except the Toshiba players are going to weigh 5-6 pounds....so maybe a paperweight instead
