Default Audio Set-up Question?

I am going to buy ( 2 ) eD A2-300 and I am wanting to set both of the subs up front between the TV and the front towers like this:

Left tower -- eD A2-300 -- TV -- eD A2-300 -- Right tower

Like this: Picture is not my HT. Just using as a example

Will it still sound good?

Is the room open beyond that door?

Room dimensions can affect bass significantly. That Bay window may introduce an issue in the response as well. I would suggest that you try a few positions, and see which works best in your room.

Other two sub positions are:

diagonal - one up front on one side, the other in the back on the other side

Vertical - one up front middle, the other middle back(not likely with your stand)

Horizontal - one on left side middle, one on right side middle

Yes it is open beyond the door, room size is 25x15.

That in combination with the bay window on the other side could make placement difficult. If I were to guess, your optimal set up would be with a sub front right and left back, but I would still suggest moving them around a few times if possible.

woah! i was wondering why you'd give up gothams for eD's!

anyways, saw the pictures in your gallery, and it CAN work, but you'd be better off with the layout big daddy suggested in another thread.

again, it really depends on the layout of the room, plus the livability factor so to speak.

just my two cents.
