Default Best movie studio?

In your opinion what is the best movie studio as far as quality of films and popularity? In my opinion I think it's pixar their movies are great everytime they come out with one. When it come to PQ, AQ, and storyline I don't think any animation studio comes close.

Ugh it's hard to say. I used to think Sony was really smart but after their decision with Moon, they're just as bad as anyone else.

Disney for sure, there's a reason they get to charge as much as they do.

I'd say that Warner Bros. is best for quality of the content itself. Disney is a pretty close second though. Disney puts out more "straight to video mediocrity" than I'd care to watch and/or support. However, bring the treatment of their respective Blu-rays into the equation, and that's a whole different sport altogether!!! Disney is the clear victor in THAT race.

Disney for sure.

Now if you were to ask the worst studio right now I would have to go with Warner Bros. for not putting Trick r' Treat in theaters. I bet they were kicking themselves in the ass for that Lol.

Used to be Lionsgate, back before they sabotaged Repo! and Midnight Meat Train's theatrical distribution.

Warner Bros has impressed me a lot lately, aside from shelving Trick r Treat for years, they hired Nolan to handle the Batman franchise, and later produced Watchmen and Orphan-two of my favorite movies of 2009.

Actually I find Disney titles to be very affordable I haven't paid over $20 for any Disney release yet and you get more features and better quality from them than any other studio.

I'm hoping with the new studio head they will move back to the quality over quantity aspect of their releases. I don't think we will be seeing those straight to video sequels of their major franchises anymore.

I have more WB titles then any other studio but the Disney titles are my favorites.

Warner Brothers is the best for content. Hands down the largest library with the best variety.

Hmm, tough choice between Universal, WB, and Paramount.

Ah, after some thought, I'll go with Warner Bros. "The Matrix" is my third-favorite movie franchise of all time, and it makes for an awesome BD. I really love "V for Vendetta," "Swordfish," "The Watchmen," all "Lethal Weapons," and many others. And they got the Looney Tunes!

When it comes to market share, and the depth of content in the library the title goes to Warner Bros. for both. They are by far the most successful studio in the world, and if they get their hands on MGM it will only advance them.

As far as my personal opinion goes it would be Warner Bros, with Disney Studios (with Pixar and Marvel), and Paramount tied. The three best ran studios on the planet that have great financial backing from their parent, which allows them to take risks and experiment a little, which then make for great movies.

Disney puts out the best Blu-ray products. As for film popularity, it's a close win for Warner. Howerver, Paramount, Universal, and FOX put out great movies too. BTW, I still feel that Warner puts out the worst quality BD products. They still use BD25 with a lot of their releases; they often starve the bitrate, and they still use lossy audio with some of their releases. Disney is the best movie studio for children's and animated films.
