Couldn't find a thread for this. But this movie is supposed to be released this year. One of my most anticipated.

And it now has an R rating!!!

So glad they're not watering it down for a PG-13.

That's great. I thought it would be PG-13. I'm reading the book right now based on a friend's recommendation.

They are appealing the rating. Looking to see what it's Rated-R for it seems like it should be PG-13. So good luck to them. Hope they can get it PG-13. A lot of the potential audience wouldn't be able to go see it with an R.

Boo. Keep it R. It's a Summit movie, it's not like making it R is going to keep it from making money.

Honestly though, reading the book now it wouldn't need to be "R." Not to mention the rating is only for some drug use and sexual situations.

Anyway, even with a PG-13 rating this might not even crack 20 Million at the Box Office, IMO. I'm thinking 18.

The cast alone has me interested in this. I'll need to check out the book just to see what it's all about.

The only work of Emma Watson that I enjoyed so far is only the Harry Potter series I tried to watch a couple of her other films and just felt her acting wasn't as good in those films as it was in HP. However, I am interested in seeing her in My Week With Marlynn and this film and see how well she fairs in them I hope her acting has improved since Ballet Shoes that movie wasn't very good at all...in my opinion anyway.

Erza Miller is pretty low tier in value that this film not being out on UHD is so much less about him and more about how small of a thing the movie is as a whole. It wasn't that big of a movie, nor have a following that creates a salivating crave for it to get on UHD soon.

Might get one at some point. But nobody is really rushing to put more money into it to get it there, I'd imagine.
