Hi all,
Has anybody had any problems with the Spiderman trilogy boxset? I purchased the trilogy while on vacation in Orlando (Best buy opposite florida mall), when I returned home to the UK none of the film discs play but the extras play. I have a region A (American blu ray player, with the latest firmware installed). I believe that the discs are faulty as each of the movie discs has strange red jagged rings on the data side of the disc. Is anyone aware of a fault batch? If I was still in the states I would return the boxset to best buy, but as I won’t be returning for several months does anybody have any customer support email for the studio? Cheers in advance |
