Haha, on a dutch site all the 360 fanboys are still hoping that it comes out on there precious 360.

But if you ask me the problem is with most of these fanboys (in general) is that they are not wel informed.

Choose wich console is the best for you and stop trying to convince every one that you are right.

For me it's blu and ps3 all the way! but i'am not considering me a fanboy. The 360 is not a bad machine, but not good enough for me. and the games i live for are playstation games especially MGS!

of course it is... what I read somewhere was that MGS4 is sooo large, that it cannot fit in a DVD disc, which is what the 360 uses. 360 would have had to use multi discs which is really lame. MGS4 for PS3 is on a Blu disc.

Hey, I'm new to the MGS series. MGS4 looks to be extremely badass though, so I figured this would be a good time to get into it considering all the good things I've heard about the franchise.

Do you guys think I should play the earlier ones before this comes out?

BTW I heard they're expecting to barely fit it onto a BD-50... That's what, SIX DVD-9s? lol Long live the crapbox....

Awesome. Try getting that game to fit onto two or three DVD's. Better yet, try to play it on an Xbox!

Whenever something's referred to from a previous MGS game and a notification shows, you're going to be able to hit SELECT and it'll popup a clip of that moment.

I still highly recommend you play all the MGS games though.
