Is anyone else having problems playing this blu ray disc on their player?

I have a BDPS300

Firmware version: 3.8


It plays the previews and then starts to load the movie and continuously displays the "loading" screen.

Any help?

I have problems with the Sony BDP301 and iRobot I get a red screen saying I need to upgrade the firmware!

I called Sony they say that it's the movie that has a problem my firmware is the latest 3.8!

This info probably isn't all that helpful but I tried it again on the PS3 and it worked fine. Did you let the previews complete or try to skip them? It seems like I recall some having issues a while back when trying to skip the previews. If they let it continue, it worked fine. I may have it backwards though since it has been a while. If you didn't let the previews complete, try that. If you did, try skipping them to see how that goes.

Also, check the disc and if you see any fingerprints or smudges, try wiping them off to see if that helps.
