Panasonic BD-50 hooked up to 720p PJ Question

I was wondering if anybody has the new Panasonic BD-50 hooked up to a 720p pj. I read on a review, which I will go back and find that said anything other than 1080p is a wash ( which I guess means crap )on the video side.
I was considering this player, so I wanted to see if anybody had viewed it with a 720p pj.

If your display is a 768p or 720p display, the video performance through HDMI and component is a wash.

This just means there is no difference in the video quality between the two, HDMI and component, when viewing at 720P. You should still use HDMI if capable so that you can enjoy the HD Audio codecs, unless you're using analog in which case you could use either.

The image quality should still be very good whichever you choose.
