Onkyo 606 & DTShd-MA/TrueHD - Blu-ray Forum

I have recently purchased an international model of the Onkyo 606, wondering how do i get the DTS HD-MA and TrueHd displyed on my panel of the reciever and ensure I am getting the most out of my system. hooked up HDMI thru PS3, Cheers in Advanced for any insight.

the ps3 will not bitstream DTS HD-MA it converts it is decoded in the ps3 and sends to reciever via pcm. So on your onkyo you should see pcm.

no i believe ps3 can not bitsteam so it will not come up on screen
