...Specifically their queue system. I couldn't even get into it last week because of some server error message I kept getting, and now I can't add this weeks new releases to the top of my queue because they are still down in the coming soon category. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing this because it is kind of aggrevating.

I have just cancelled my online subscription with them. I have 3 discs unlimited and they were taking a week to sort out 1 title - I had over 100 in my list - and as for sending out blu-rays, forget it
I am now back with Lovefilm and getting the service I expect |

1. In-store returns. Not only do I get the next one sent out to me that much quicker when I return it to the store, I get to take one home with me that night- BD, DVD, video game... whatever. I even have two on the way home from work I can stop at for an even greater chance of getting what I want. 2. Queue- whereas some movies in my queue are hard to get ahold of, they are easy to get in-store, and vice versa. 3. Shipping- I receive mine within two days, not counting weekends (seemingly they don't work on the weekend). What it comes down to is that I sometimes have as many as six movies at my house to watch at a time- 3 in-store trade-ins and 3 from the mail. This is part of my "standard" 3 out at a time package for $19.99 a month. I don't pay any extra for blu-ray over dvd, and it's easy to make sure I ONLY get blu-ray. I'm sure Netflix is good too, but BB online works really well for me. *edit* For those of you having trouble getting movies in a timely fashion, here's the trick: 1. Bring a movie back to the store. 2. When you get home, go to your queue and Report the movie as returned. 3. Click "ship my next title". You're done- the next one should ship in the next day or two. |

I have to disagree with your disagreeing lol. I actually went to my local blockbuster this week and much to suprise and dismiay, their Blu-ray section was no bigger than it was a year ago. The were really lacking in catalog titles and didn't have a great selection of new movies. I was actually giving a lot of thought to going back to Blockbuster and dropping Netflix for a while, but the in store selction kind of killed that for me
