We will have a review shortly but I would like to give heads up to those of you who do not own a Region-A machine. This disc is not Region-free so unless you have a Region-A machine, or a Region-free machine, you will not be able to view its content.

Thanks.

Default Import or not

Can anyone tell me how much this one differs over Universals release of this movie? Is it best to import it or get the domestic US release?

umm night quite sure ... but i figure the U.S. Version will be DTS MA 5.1 where the Import is DTS MA 7.1

Probably a few more added features for the u.s. version just to be different, but i haven't really noticed any specs for it myself, but i'm sure someone who reads this will know for sure.

nah, you made the right choice... i like the import alot better.. the director's cut is the best. The other cuts were not that swift, but i guess some peeps might like that.

I dun understand.

Both Import and USA version has the directors cut. In fact, USA version has 3 cuts over the Import version, so why is the import version better???

Unless the content of the director's cut is different between the 2?

The directors cut being the best of the 3 versions , I can't see anyone ever bothering to watch the other 2. Top that off with 7.1 audio in both LPCM and DTS-MA , with more extras..... seems a no brainer to me.

Agree HK blu-ray has the best audio specs in ratio, same with their DVD. Too bad not many buy them therefore price is still pretty high.
