Default Running 24p movie from BD55 in 60p plasma. Am I missing something ?

Dear Guys,

Problem: you have a 24p blu ray player and an 2007 full HD plasma but without 24 playback capabilities.
In running tests ( viewing movies ) there is something different compaired with 24p playback with 24p TV capable ?
I'm trying to start this thread because there are some reviews of BD 55 which claims that with 4:4:4:4 function this player fits the 24p image from the disc into 60 fps Plasma ( th42 PY70, in this case), being in this way more closely to the effect of 24pfrom disc to 24p capabilities TV.
I want to know if it is true OR for better result( optimum matching) I must make an upgrade to newest PY 80/85 or 800 series( or maybe wait until next year the newPDP ).
Thanks in advance, I'm waiting for someone who made the test !
