Default We need a PS3 jukebox on PSN!

Either that or via firmware. But I would think a professionally released jukebox for say $15-£10 would work wonders for those who have lots of MP3's.

If it was fantastic with the interface, using eyetoy to manage your playlists (like touch screens) and using that tech for the buttons I think it would simply blow peoples minds.

Lets show some support for a great idea and get this ball rolling.

Seems like a very cool idea. A little off topic, but is there any word of Sony coming out with a new PS eye that records in HD?

I think the eyetoy standard is set in stone on PS3. Besides that you have main functionality being chat and gaming which doesn't demand HD visuals.

I've read a few stories (rumors) of a newer version of the eyetoy that is the same as the current one, only wireless. Which would be pretty cool, but until I see an official story on it, I will only count it as a rumor.

Yeah - Sony has been showing overwhelming support of the PSEye - I'm sure they're hard at work on the HD version. . .

Seriously - I bought this thing and there hasn't been a new game in - How many MONTHS!

Is it too much to ask for a new game every half a year or so? Sheeesh!

I feel totally ripped off on the PSEye. I keep hearing all sorts of rumors (touch screen was mentioned many months ago) - nothing.

As for the jukebox - well, they certainly need something since the folder system is pretty much broken. I really wish I could just drag a folder of songs by various artists and have them stay in that folder. I wouldn't mind sub-folders. These have been asked for - for a very long time.

I will say however, that Sony has improved things like adding "Playlists" etc. So, they have worked to make it better.

Anyway, I like the Jukebox idea - Sony needs to do something, anything with the PSEye - cause right now, it's useless (yeah, I beat the 3 games that came out over a year ago, well, a year ago.)

(And don't bother mentioning games like LBP that use it, cause it's horrible and just about worthless).

Aaaaaaand, end rant.

Living with Playstation is great for a Jukebox...

I use it all of the time...just choose which mood and it randomly selects songs for what you have imported...its awesome and even shows the song and artist on the screen.
