Is it hooked up to the internet? I hooked mine up last week and there is no way to know if youir internet connection is working correctly until you try and download something from BD Live or Netflix. Fortunately mine worked the first time, do you have it hooked up through a switch or router?

Actually, it worked itself out. I was able to watch netflix movies and listen to pandora, but couldn't connect to bdlive from any of my bluray movies. I tried later and it started working (though a bit slow).
I tried to find a way to delete the post, but there isn't even an option to *terminate* the post. You can't take anything down from this site. Can't delete post, can't terminate account. What's next, can't use backspace key?
Anyway, thanks for the reply but I did get it working.
