samsung dlp "overscan"?

my tv model # is HLT5675S

well i have a tv that has been 'serviced" from brandsmart since december 1st

they put in a new dlp chip, light wheel and adjusted the picture

no matter what they do the scroll bar at the bottom for espn, nbatv, mlbtv cant be seen.

so the techs go into the service menu on the tv and raise the tv picture.
when they do this the red outline box that shows the tv picture is level and on point is raised too high so i can see the scrollingg bar at the bottom

when its set correctly, i cant see the bottom scrolling line

well the tech yesterday tells me "i spoke to samsung and they said its due to a 2% overscan on your dlp"

im so mad, the tv has been messed up and this guy wont warranty the tv.

he now wants me to call samsung to get the problem rectified but im NOT in samsungs warranty anymore. i bought the tv in october 2007 and the only reason brandsmart comes out is due to my extanded warranty

any suggestions or ideas for my situation?
