Will you review highlander when you get it? I like the film but i dont think im willing to pay £18 for it. I will wait for the price drop a little or get it in some kind of buy 3 get one free deal

This is one of those movies i had awesome memories of from my teen years...

but when i found it at a bargain price on DVD and picked it up as an impulse purchase.... I discovered it was a classic case of 'the movie in my head was far better than the real thing'

What happened to the 'sticky' pro-bassoonist had warning about the English DTS-HD MA 2.0 and another language (Italian?) audio track having no audio on it? I have this on -re-order from Amazon UK and want to make sure everything is OK before they ship it. Seems like some UK releases are shipping early - my pre-order for Che Parts 1 & 2 from HMV shipped Monday, June 22, and the official release date isn't until June 29.

If there is one film that i have been praying to adonai that would be a stand-out BD transfer it's this baby! And unlike Ghostbusters (a mere 2 years it's senior) it's not a full-tilt grain festival! Absolutely excellent!

Shame the extra's are virtually identical to the regular Immortal Edition, but the film is the main thing!

Now if i can just ditch my copy of Ghostbusters on some schmuck on ebay i can use the money for Highlander...

I'm most definately looking forward to getting Ghostbusters The Video Game when it drops to about the £15 mark a year down the line, but i have no intention of playing a game that is lower resolution that Quake 2, and THAT came out 11 years ago!

Ordered this last night from Amazon.UK for £7.72. With S&H to the US, it came out to be about $17.50 or so. Quite happy to have a Blu Ray Steelbook of my favorite movie headed my way.
