But keep in mind, and these are your words here, it only SEEMS rather unlikely that someone could like their collection of 400 Blu-Rays. I personally like all but probably 5 of my discs. I even stated why.

So instead of trying to say "people are buying a film for the hell of it" just because YOU may not like it, just say nothing and let people buy what they want.
If you weren't so eager to jump on everyone, maybe you could actually take the time to read what I said and not merely read what you think I said. It's a simple matter of statistics. There are less than 800 Blu-Ray releases (probably closer to 600-650 if I would weed out the unreleased items). Even with 800, the probability that someone would like 50% of what has been released is pretty low. Maybe if someone did the math, we'd find that percentage was right in line with the actual people who do own that 300-400.

If you like your 400 Blu-Ray's, that's great. I never said you shouldn't like them all. I never said you had poor taste in movies for liking them, especially given I have no clue what movies you own (nor do I care what you own).

Could most people on this site find 400 Blu-Ray's that they honestly like out of the current selection? I seriously doubt it. Could some people do it? Obviously, yes. And that was my whole point.
