Hi WickyWoo, I am sorry that I don't get what you are trying to ask. For this particular title, I am not sure what it is. I think this might be a local or Japanese singer....

Pretty sure 'The Wicky' is after the price/retail cost of that title.

Yes, it's a Japanese singer. Oftentimes the J-pop DVDs would come out in Taiwan or Hong Kong several months after initial release, at much more US$ friendly prices. Same disc with the region flopped to 3, half the price.
