Terrible show.

love the HMV cover they us over seas I hope the US release uses the same cover simple and slick.

I, oddly enough, have to see this movie. I have never watched the show and have no desire to.

But the reason I have to see this is because I saw the trailers and I can't for the life of me figure out, is this movie supposed to be funny? Is it supposed to be sad? What the crap is going on?! I got so confused. I didn't laugh during the trailers, I didn't think it was sad, it was just like "yeahhh... what?"

Call it a Dramedy It seems to have everything, though not as explicit as the show was.

OH!!! By the way, I was so relieved to find that there was almost no male nudity in this movie.. surprisingly.. odd for a chick flick. I think the movie really put the sex in Sex & The City, though.

Are you male or female?

If you are...

Male: There is absolutely no appeal in this series/movie other than that the girl you bring might put out afterward because you tolerated this garbage.

Female: There's some appeal, I guess. Probably in some completely irrational and illogical way that males can't understand.

I couldn't see it w/ my wife after seeing the website that shows pictures of Sarah Jes. Parker next to a picture of a horse in which they look almost the same... I just couldn't get it out of my head that she is a horse... very disturbing..

Haha ya Exactly my point! I dont think shes attractive at all. My girlfriend knew better than ask me to go with her, she knew I would just sit there critizing all them old leather hags the entire movie lol

The show had some VERY VERY good writing and consisted of "all of the above", sad, happy, serious, FUNNY and RAW.....good stuff man. The Movie was just more of the same, which I for one enjoyed.

VERY untrue. STRAIGHT male here, and the show was great. Had killer writing and the jokes are funny regardless of who you are. It was all about 4 gals, but it wasnt a chick flick.

Maybe age factors into it too. I'm 23, and everything I said holds true for my age range. I'm guessing you're a bit older than me—maybe in your early-mid 40s (oh, and I'm not trying to insult you or anything. It's just my guess)?
