I have been meaning to ask for a while and since everyone is active today, I might as well.

What weapons do you use in the VOG?

I like to use the ice breaker and VOC through the first half, then switch to the atheons epilogue in the second half and keep the ice breaker. I have a couple rocket launchers that I use, all void and just kinda pick one at random as I don't use it too much anyway.

Think I'll try to grind out iron banner tonight. It's actually quite fun when you're not getting whooped lol I got to rank 2.5 yesterday, going to try to hit 3 tonight and just hope for a machine gun lol

Wish I would have given it a chance earlier, would have definitely gotten to rank 4 for the fusion.

I have tomorrow off so I might just play it until I get booted off it.

When does it officially end?

Along with the fusion rifle, you want Jolder's Hammer for sure, things a beast. Not sure when it officially closes.

Ya I want that machine gun but Im just really trying to get crucible rank 3 for the 77 wizard as I need a void fusion lol

Im not a fan of the pvp but its so much easier to kill people on iron banner.

Today is the last day IB ends. That's why it's priority that I get Rank 4 today and get my goodies.

During the Defend the Confluxes,
- 300 Vision of Confluence w/ normal scope
- 300 Plan C
- 300 Corrective Measure

Critical hits with the VoC boost my Gunslinger reload bonus so it reloads almost instantly. When I need instant stopping power, Plan C. For mobs of foes or when I'm about to get overwhelmed, Corrective Measure.

Oracles, I use:
- VoC with long range scope
- 300 Sniper rifle - Praedyth or The Supremacy with short range scope for easier handling
- 300 Hezen Vengeance or 300 Gjallarhorn to take out oracles we are running late on

Gatekeeper has the same build but with the Gjallarhorn only, same for Atheon.

I also switch out between Helmets, Chest Armor, and Boots between stages to maximize intellect when I need super, or discipline when I need grenades or for the relic shield to charge faster. Or switch out raid boots to banner boots so I don't lose heavy ammo during wipes after using a synthesis.

Was crazy playing the hard raid last night, we had minotaurs and the basic vex adds spawning right on top of the middle conflux during the 1st and 3rd sections of defending the confluxes. Jafo would be defending and bam the guy spawns right on him and starts to sacrifice right off the bat. He also fell in love with a box that was putting out all night.

I did not know that Discipline effected this.

Began saving my life during soloing portals in the Gatekeeper section when I realized this. I want high discipline during raids. Super isn't as important as grenades, as a Hunter, I only really need Golden Gun for panic Praetorian or Minotaur takedown. During all other parts, Atheon especially, it'll give me Super when I need it, so I'd rather max Discipline out to have faster shield and grenade coolown

That was happening to us when we tried the hard raid earlier this week. Were you on the right side?
