That trailer was a turd. Genetically engineered dinosaur my God when he deliveries the line I laughed it was awful. They cooked up a piece of sh**.

Honestly, I thought that looked pretty silly. I mean, besides looking goofy, what's going on there--is he goin' hunting with the raptors or something?

My guess is they are a distraction for whatever it is he is trying to do. They are bait.

Just guessing but it seems they are more worried about what's chasing them than a guy on a motorcycle.

I hope the raptors aren't "helping" Pratt. I don't think they're being used as bait, because why would they use the raptors as bait rather than a larger herbivore. I wonder if the raptors are running away from the D-Rex, as that would make sense why they aren't attacking Pratt.

I could be wrong, but I got the impression they(Pratt/Raptors) were doing the hunting. Like the Raptors were a group of hunting dogs? Perhaps they were either bred not to attack humans, or maybe Pratt as some sort of deterrant? That is all assuming they are not, in fact, fleeing.
Watch that scene will be cut, and never incorporated onto the BD.
