You guys with multiple characters near level 30 should have transferred that oracle checkpoint to you other characters last night, if you didn't, to take advantage of some easy drops.

FWIW, Bad Juju is an okay weapon right now, in a mob. You never have to reload it as long as you keep getting kills.

I wonder whether it's worth it, though. As I now become short of ascendant energy, I wonder whether DLC weapons will be capped at 300 damage, like current weapons? Or should I save my energy for DLC guns? And I'm glad I never upgrade full sets of raid weapons for all of my guardians, because the biggest advantage of those, other than being primary weapons with elemental damage, is in VOG. They probably won't be much use in The Dark Below.

Yeah man you got the gun I wanted! Heh. I got another Found Verdict. Grrrr. Got 3 of em now. I did get the gauntlets as well which I don't need. All that IB grind got me the lvl 30 gauntlets.

Really hoping he drops the helmet. But a good primary would be awesome too. As I was saying last night I am just not hitting hard enough in the raid. Trying to make do with what I have, but Doctor Nope at least at my level does not do enough to oracles in the time stream.

There was a picture of one of the new snipers from the DLC that had more than 300 damage.

I'd be up for a drunken raid tonight, chocolatejas and I as well as some randoms had a good time last night leading some unknowns through the raid. Didn't finish but a swell time was had by all.

Weirdest thing just happened to me. I joined a hard Raid at the Atheon checkpoint. I told the guys I had already completed the hard Raid for this week, but I'd help them out anyways with my level 30 Warlock. After we beat it, I ended up getting the Warlock helm (my second raid helm, after receiving my first one earlier this week), the XVO Timebreaker speeder (my third one now), and 6 or 8 ascendant energies. I don't know how that's possible that I got all that stuff when I already completed a hard raid on Tuesday. But I'm pretty stoked.

Curious. I might try that with the titan.

You know what drives me crazy. I am farming a spot for, say, helium, and some guy comes in and starts doing the same in the same area. It just screws both of us. If someone is already farming my spot, I just go to orbit and find a different moon. It makes much more sense than competing for chests.

Great way to finish up Atheon tonight. After about 7-8 tries everything went like it was supposed to in the fight and we took him down without anyone dying. I ended up with the raid helmet I was after and the speeder

You should be able to just leave the area and come back. They or you will have been transported to another dimension and can continue farming in peace.

Broke down and used this to get a Raid party. The first one was an unexpected save at Atheon, but since that's the most difficult, I decided to stick with it. Took quite a while as there were a lot of 28s, but we finally beat him. My second party was comprised of people who knew exactly what they were doing and we ran the whole Raid in less time than it took the first one just to beat the big guy. We would have very likely killed Atheon on the first try had the game not decided that only 2 people needed to get teleported.

I made out pretty well though with get all 3 of the normal raid gear; so, I'm finally on my way to 30 and then on to really tackling it on Hard.

Went farming spirit bloom on Venus (well obviously on Venus lol), and I got a blue engram for a heavy weapon. Turned it in and got Zombie Apocalypse WF47. Now I have a Legendary solar Machine Gun to go with my Exotic solar Machine Gun, Super Good Advice. I don't really use MG's that much, but I guess it's nice to have.


On a side note: Xur is in the Tower Plaza straight ahead, below the stairs on the left side. (opposite from Lord Shaxx)

He's selling repeats of the past few weeks. Kinda weak in my opinion. Although, he IS selling an Exotic gauntlet engram, which I'm gonna buy. I don't remember him ever selling an Exotic gauntlet engram before, only Exotic helm engrams.
