Looking for a new receiver

Should I not worry about getting a Dolby Atmos capable receiver if I don’t have ceiling speakers? Receiver recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

My current set up is:
TV: Samsung UN65FH6001FXZA 65" 1080p LED
Front Towers: Polk TSI300 (x 2)
Center: Polk CSI A4
Subwoofer: Polk PSW 125
2 Rears: Polk OWM3 (x 2)

My integra might have just bit the dust also! It's 4 yrs old. Not old enough IMO!

I'd suggest looking accessories4less.com where you can get factory refurbs for great prices and warranties. That's what I'm gonna look into.
