Honestly I've always had to fight with them to get my price adjusted.. The nicest thing I think they ever did for me was when Dark Knight Rises came out. I wasn't aware when you preordered they authorized your account like every week so after they overdraw my account multiple times I had to call & cancel. 2 days before Christmas I got a package from them with a note inside saying happy holidays, & that I wasn't to illegally show, or sell the movie. Weirdest/Coolest thing ever, but I got the movie for free so no complaints there.
