Sorry but it's a bit different. Most people who buy real estate to flip buy it below market value. Then flip it after putting thousands of dollars and hard work into them to sell at or a little below the after renovation market value. Of which most of the time is regulated by state rules & codes.

Also for much of the collectible market the limited editions barely ever are worth more than their regular production run products. Even many of those collector shows say that.

That is all I'm going to say about that.

The DTS-HD MA 5.1 is identical to the first release (24-bit, 3794 kbps) and the isolated score track is also the same (16-bit, 1658 kbps). When it comes to automobiles it all depends on if it was restored or not. Someone can buy a run down beat up classic that was neglected and fix it up. It's not them that would up price if they wanted to resell it, it's just that the car is instantly going to be worth more now that it's in good condition/restored. Yes, the seller can price it at what he wants but then you have to think about the time and money he put into restoring the vehicle.

Technically the same could be said about people who flip homes that are run down but most seem to just buy and rent until market value goes up so they can sell for some extra money. Not to mention, a classic restored vehicle isn't really a necessity compared to a home someone could live and survive in. That's basically why I don't care for people who flip homes.

Mine was delivered today, a day earlier than originally expected. Very happy to finally get this, as I didn't want to pay the ridiculous prices being demanded by sellers of the original release.

Won't get a chance to watch it until this weekend, but I'm looking forward to catching up with the film, and enjoying it all over again!

I wasn't that impressed when the extras were first announced but there's over 3 hours of stuff on here ! It would've been nice to have some newly recorded material on here though.

Finally, a descent review. There are improvements in both video and audio plus all of the supplements that should have been on the first release. That's good for all of the die-hard fans who have had to double dip for a proper release. TT should be ashamed of themselves for their unethical practices!
