If this goes live on Jan. 30th, they need to hurry up and give more details about it as that is only 2 days from now. I am so jumping on this if it has 3d, they've been releasing all the 3d Disney and Pixar in steels so here's hoping!

What I don't understand is why the U.S and in some cases Oz versions often seem to lack (in my opinion) the 3d discs.

Disney stopped releasing new BD3Ds in the U.S. & Canada last year, except for MCU films; no one outside the House of Mouse knows why. That's why we've been jumping on BD3D releases (Steelbook or otherwise) in other countries, especially the UK.

Going to see this in IMAX on Sunday. Will probably end up getting the amaray to go with the rest of my Disney collection but you never know. I could be tempted by the steelbook if I love the film!

I just picked up the Target steelbook and it's beautiful.

It is the same art you show on the first page and the BIG HERO 6 Tag in the lower corner is debossed.

Target's version doesn't have the characters on the bottom

I hear that! No doubt Disney dominates my collection. I really wish they would go back to the days of loading up extras and providing a 3D disc...but I know the times are changing. Much to my chagrin.
