Gone Girl is incredible (imo), Nightcrawler is worth checking out but I found the score let it down at times and ruined some scenes, but incredible performance from Gyllenhaal. I am excited about A Most Violent Year (for Chastain!).

Under The Skin is mesmerising, as is Only Lovers Left Alive.

Those are incredible... love them all. Nice job. I'd use them to replace the one it comes with.

I do feel like a hypocrite when I criticise other designs in the collection yet I make stuff thats no where near as high quality lol

I tend to agree with jw007.. those last two would make incredible covers for a CC release.

You may get your wish. State of Siege, The Confession, Hanna K and Z have been recently been restored, mostly in 4K, so they should look great on blu.

I know it's not on topic, but I really struggle how anyone could really view American Sniper as pro-war. The character of Chris Kyle is pro-war, but he's also presented as flawed and damaged by his experience. The idea that the film is a pro-war tale of heroism is a superficial reading, and, judging by the film's box office power, I'd say that a lot of people have read it this way. But that says everything about the audience and nothing about the artist. I can't believe I feel the need to defend a Clint Eastwood film, and one of that I don't even particularly love.

I wouldn't equate The Big Chill and Foxcatcher. They have genre similarities in being well-done human dramas dealing with issues that have resonance in their time as well as beyond.

on a quick non-Criterion note, Best Buy is having a 2 for $10 sale on a few blu-rays, one being Zero Dark Thirty (since it came up earlier). I picked it up and This is the End for $10. Then I cashed in a few points so I could get Under the Skin for $0.99. It's so dangerous to talk about movies in here!
