I usually only go for the Asian releases if it's not available elsewhere. $60 for a new steelbook is just too much normally.

It's not $60
Price is £25 so that's only around $38 plus shipping.

I like that they put the other characters on the front of this one. They get left off the Target steelbook. Maybe they'll be on the back of that one?

Just FYI: Amazon UK now has the standard 3D release up for pre-order.

However, it's listed as Region B and doesn't have the "Region Free" text in the title like many other UK releases do. I'm guessing that Amazon UK just hasn't received from Disney any definitive information regarding region coding, so they default to Region B for the time being. At least, that's my hope.

Exclusivity for the most part. They are usually numbered. And sometimes on the lower end say x/1000. So if you happened to need to part with it for whatever reason, you generally make a profit because someone might have missed out and wants to add it to their collection and would be willing to pay a little extra. They include extras like postcards, artbooks, etc. They have nicer slips whether it be lenticular or full slips, or slipboxes. They usually come with the 3D/2D/extras where some countries don't.

An Asian release will more than likely have various slip options (probably at least one lenticular and one full slip to choose from), and it would probably include some art cards/post cards, other swag. It would also be numbered.

LOL I was going to try to wake up at 2am cst to order it but my alarm didn't go off and I woke up at 4:30 am and ordered it from my iPod in bed cuz I was too tired to look at my computer screen. Looks like I didn't have to worry about it selling out.
