You can sell your sets and buy the recently released Seasons 1 and 2 set. It has both seasons in amaray cases. Then, you can wait for them to re-release Seasons 3 and 4 like that.

I actually hated the episode guides. I constantly had them falling out of the packing or sliding out of place and accidentally getting all bent up from being folded.

As for me I will be going with either Tyrell or Lannister for this season. Martell will likely be best fit for Season 5 we only got one Martell character this season and next season they will actually show Martells in their country throughout the season. I don't have Lannister yet because I got Greyjoy for season 2 and more Lannister stuff happens this season than with the Tyrell. However the desire to own one of the newer, never released slipcovers will probably win out.

I looked at the pictures again and it appears there actually is an episode guide. It just doesn't have "Episode Guide" on the bottom of the front page like the other sets.

Reading that review on whysoblu has me more pumped than ever, I was really hoping that Pedro Pascal would do a commentary on episode 8 as well. Oh well, no complaints here the bonus material even without the exclusives is fantastic.

Also recently found out that the actor who plays the mountain in season 2 was recast as a giant in season 3 & 4, lol had no idea about that.

Per the one photo caption in the review: " If you unfold the one marked “All Men Must Die,” you’ll find the Season 4 Episode Guide as well as the Extras listed on the reverse."

For the sake of continuity, I want them to keep using the same style packaging. If they had started out with amaray cases I would want them all that way. But no sense in changing it now.

Do you have razor blades for fingers? I've had season one since day 1 and have watched it multiple times and the packaging is in the same condition that it was the day I bought it. What are y'all doing with your blu-ray cases? Manhandling them?

Can anyone ask him if the the spine on the Valar Morghulis box says Game of Thrones Season 4? I've tried to comment, but it won't post when the page refreshes. No idea why.

I tried, but when it refreshed my comment didn't show up. Maybe someone else can get it to work.

The AVS reviewer already confirmed that it does.

You can always order it with a few other items if you're worried about it getting damaged due to their packaging. Luckily a few other good Blu-ray's come out that day.

Agreed, probably one of the many stupid choices BB has made.
But sure as shooting they got the Stark, blah, and blah other houses in store.

I did the same thing, but I wouldn't put it past BB to shove each one in a padded mailer and send them off. I'm hoping for the best, IF these don't show up in stores.

It's confirmed they aren't. I could be wrong but from what I have seen it isn't going to the be case.
