My first TT order! I got First Men and Journey. I also added Bell, Book and Candle. A hundred bucks... kinda tempers the excitement.

I hear that. I picked up U-Turn and Journey.. Ive been paying 2-3 dollars for a bluray for about 6 months now. 30 is brutal, but I think I'm still ahead of the game.

They put in a pre-authorization charge when you order, to ensure that the charge account is valid. This goes away in a day or three, depending on how your bank or credit union handles such things. The actual charge doesn't get submitted until they're ready to ship.

For payment info only my CC is displayed as an option.
You have to click on "Change Payment" under your CC info to get access to pay with PayPal. For things like this I tend to prefer PayPal that way the money is taken out of my account and I don't have to worry about the charge dropping on and off before the order ships.

Short on funds until payday on Friday. Anybody think these two will sellout by then?

Hard to say. While both are popular it's probably no where near the popularity of say Fright Night. Plus with Journey having a print run of 5,000 copies will help it last longer as well. You probably have a good shot but if TT makes an announcement of them selling quickly I would stay up late Thursday or get up early Friday when you direct deposit shows up in your account to place your order as soon as possible.

I have to say I was in and out in 2 minutes, moving the promos from pre order day is much quicker and easier.

Anyone else having a problem ordering The Men in the Moon? I search and it comes up nothing. Could it be sold out?

Edit: I just got it.

I ordered all of the titles up for pre-order today except U-Turn as I haven't seen it yet. I'm wondering if I should pre-order it as well due to the talk about it possibly selling out fast. Any advice?

Thanks,
Tom

Every month, there's at least one title that people ask about with respect to whether it'll sell out quickly or not. I've said this before:

(1) So far, no non-horror title has sold out in less than two months. Make of that what you will.

(2) If it's a title you want, and you're concerned that it'll sell out, get it as soon as you can. Even if it doesn't sell out with blistering speed, you'll at least have peace of mind.
