Once they double their work force and start producing things like the Apple car it'll get crazy seeing how much money they'll be bringing in.
Luckily, I invested before it split in half. And then before it split seven ways. So, yeah, some of the shares I bought were effectively bought at less than $1/share. I was lucky.

But Apple will always be a monster company now. The fact is, they are just about to become the first company over $775B and then, it's just a matter of time until they cross the $1T mark.

Their profits -- profits, not revenues, but profits -- are more than most companies are worth. To put it in perspective, last QUARTER, so three months, Apple had just under $60 Billion in revenues, resulting in just over $10 Billion in profits. For three months. Just let that sink in for a second. In 12 weeks Apple made over $10 BILLION in profit. Not revenue. Profit. Three months.

And now they're coming out with a new product. Yeah.

ETA: Oh, and one of the reasons why their stock isn't even higher? They have $170 Billion in cash. Wall Street doesn't like that. But Apple could buy most of the countries in the world, if that were a "thing."

I have heard Adele or Justin Timberlake. Those are the two names I have seen on numerous sites in the last few months.

I would obviously be down with this as she's the ultimate Bond theme song singer, but I think they're looking for new blood and to take the series forward.

Not ruling it out though. I'd like to see it. But odds are they won't. Almost did for QOS.

BTW, both luxury watch brands are going to be in trouble if the Apple Watch is as successful as I think it's going to be. Come April, a $10,000 14-karat gold Apple Watch is going to be the status symbol, not an old-fashioned Rolex. And that's coming from someone that wears an Omega Seamaster Pro (the first Bond Omega).

I would like to see the Foo Fighters take a stab at a theme song.

That's EXACTLY how I felt until very recently, as I started realizing just how nice some of the Apple Watches are going to be.

Not that I'd ever let my Seamaster go. It was a gift from my wife, so it has tremendous sentimental value.

The only thing keeping me from being too interested in the iWatch is the fact that it will need regular charging. If that weren't the case, I'd be all over it.

Here's a Lea Seydoux quote from the new issue of Empire...

"I don't consider myself a Bond girl," says Seydoux. "I think I'm not really the stereotyped Bond girl. I feel quite different. You can't be like, 'Oh, James.' You have to find something else. She's not a fighter, she's a doctor," she adds. "She fights in another way."

This is not a jab, but I love how every Bond actress over the past three decades has said something to the effect of, "My character is not the typical Bond girl."

There really never was a stereotypical Bond girl, because all of these female characters have been multilayered, intelligent, and tough since the beginning.

Mostly Everything looks good with this, I just hope they fixed issues with the ending and the villain.

[Show spoiler]When will studios realize that NOT every single arch nemesis has to have some super deep connection to the protagonists past? Nolan demonstrates you don't need it and I a film can be hugely successful with TDK, and I know there are many more example of it that work but that is one of the best and only recent ones. It's not necessary at all, it can work sometimes but it's become so generic. Blaah

But rumors are they fixed up the scrip, and I have good enough faith in the team working on this. All the shots and stuff look great

Seydoux is a great actres, so I hope it's true and they don't waist her talent by hiring her just to look good and sleep with Bond.

Hopefully she doesn't end up the way Marlohe ended up, pretty much wasted. I really like Skyfall just like anybody but I do think that was a big flaw

Many of the secondary Bond girls bite the dust, mostly to illustrate how dastardly the villain is. It's a long Bond tradition.

It appears that Lea Seydoux will be the main Bond girl in this and so far they've killed off only three of those and one of those was during the Craig era, so I doubt that they will do that so soon again.
