Even though this comes out in March, Disney released the soundtrack to iTunes on 12/9 with full score from Joel McNeely and new music from K.T. Tunstall.

This does look interesting, liked how they saved Hook/Smee for Pirate Fairy, so who knows, maybe the bonus scene could foreshadow Peter Pan/Lost Boys arrival, plus I'm surprised they switched Fawn's voice for Ginny who's great I'm Once Upom A Time

I'm wondering if they're going to drop it to just Legend of the NeverBeast. The last two movies in the series did away with with the "Tinker Bell and" part. Secret of the Wings was originally called Tinker Bell and the Mysterious Winter Woods, but then for some reason Disney cut the title down. Now they decide to reinstitute it? I'll still see it. It looks cute like all of the films have been. Thank goodness for John Lasseter being in charge of the animation department. He saved these films from becoming trash heaps.

Saw it today in a cinema (UK) with my daughters...very nice film. Quite emotional at the end compared to the others.

We were all sad that this is the last one to be honest...look forward to the blu.

Of all of them this one should have dropped Tinkerbell from the title...this is more about Fawn and Tinkerbell is merely a supporting character.

Maybe they will before the movie finally comes out. I thought it was weird when they changed the title of Secret of the Wings anyway. Considering that Tinker Bell has been really the primary focus of all the prior movies.

Disney actually added "Tinker Bell and the" back to this title. Marketing started as simply "Legend of the Never Beast." I think sales ended up being lower for the last two without her name, which was dropped because the geniuses at Disney marekting thought boys would be more interested if it didn't have her name in front of it. I tell ya, they're brilliant over there...

By the way, the soundtrack titles sort of gives away a major spoiler at the end of the film.

Movie was fantastic. With this quality I do not know why they did not bring it to theaters.

Also could have even been a bit longer. That being said, Daughter loved it and can't stop talking about Gruff.

These movies actually get theatrical releases in other countries -- just not here back at home.

DisneyToon Studios has laid off most of its staff. Here's an article confirming it from last August. They also have no future plans for Planes at this time, but the main reason for that is because they want to give the franchise a break before Cars 3.

From the review:

But seeing as each Tinker Bell flick has generally improved upon the last, all signs point to more worthwhile adventures ahead.
There won't be. This is the last one. There were to be two more, but they were canceled. My daughter will be bummed out about that.

Target

Bought it today! Really hoping for some Secret of the Wings film, I felt they lost their way in Pirate Fairy despite merging in with Peter Pan ideas.

Also got my extra 100 points for Disney!

I was kinda hoping someone would have it on sale for around $19.99 or lower on it's first week out. I can pick it up for $22.99 any old time. If Walmart's side gift was something cute like a small NeverBeast plush or an Infinity Tinkerbell I might have been willing to pay a little over $20 for it but I don't need a bounce music dvd that mainly features some guy I don't know or care about playing music. It would have been nice if Target had a digi book version as well. How many Tinkerbell films have they put out already ten? I always thought that these films would have played out a whole lot better as a Disney channel animated series. I mean it's not like the subject matter they deal with in these films is very adult / theatrical like the topics found in Pixar films. This franchise screams Playhouse Disney. Still I love Tinker Bell and I'll get it at some point if there's a sale just like I've gotten all the other Tinkerbell films. Also just a warning / heads up for any fans of the Tinkerbell character. This film is not even about Tinker bell. 89% of the story concentrates on the new brunet fairy you see on the cover. Tinkerbell herself is only in about 10mins of the film. Despite the misleading movie title this is not a story about Tinkerbell and a Neverbest.

Fawn is a central Fairy from the beginning. Tink till has the best supporting actress going here like she did in the last one.

This was by far the most emotional Tinkerbell films of them all. If this is the last one they make, they are going out on a high note!
