Yeah, but that's also unrealistic. Very few people, not just celebs, actually serve full terms. If they did that, it would just to make an example of her.

My point is, if you ever become rich people will hate your damn kids too... "what did they do to deserve it" kind of crap. She has money and fame and you don't... boo hoo. That's life. Her parents earned a free ride for their kids. People who begrudge the rich are just haters mostly.

She paid off the sheriff. I would if I had the money/power. Glad the judge is throwing her ass back in... this time it should be with a 200 pound ***** named Cadillac.

I don't hate her. I just don't understand why she is such a star when she wouldn't be famous if she wasn't a Hilton. If she wasn't the daughter of a billionare, and she tried to break into Hollywood, she wouldn't get anywhere because she lacks talent. Maybe she could become famous by being a pornstar, but I'm not even sure about that (I've heard her amateur sex tapes are nothing impressive). I guess you haven't seen House of Wax.

The sherrif now faces contempt of court charges if he can't defend the reason for the release. House arrest was specifically not allowed under the judges sentencing.
