I've picked it up today too, but I don't get mesmerized over slipcovers. A slipcover is just a slipcover to me!

Picked up the last copy at my Best Buy. Very happy. Can't wait until I get home from work to pop this in.

Guys, just FYI, the Best Buy exclusive "featurette" is entitled "Wolfcop Unleashed - Behind the Scenes Featurette" , and is on the BD itself (including the back cover and slipcover), running 46 minutes, and presented in 1080p with 16-bit DTS-HD MA 2.0 audio.

I haven't watched it yet, but for the $12.99 price, I would say the exclusive is probably worth it.

Was going to hold off on getting this until I found a cheaper used copy, but that slipcover is damn pretty!

Also, for those keeping track, the store I went to only had 2 copies (1 after I bought mine).

I picked up the last (possibly only) copy at my local Best Buy. Luckily, the slipcover is in pretty good shape.

Are you sure the "Exclusive" sticker on the front doesn't just mean the blu-ray is a Best Buy exclusive, not necessarily the featurette?

I don't see why they'd single out that featurette to be mentioned on there if it wasn't part of the exclusive. On the other hand, it does seem odd to author and press two different discs for a very niche movie like this

When I put it in dvdprofiler, the UPC didn't come up. When entered by title, a place holder for the 5/12 wide release did come up, with a close but different UPC. I think they really did 2 discs since the featurette is on the disc and not a bonus one, unless that sticker means it's not on the dvd. I don't think Image has ever done this before, I know WB has for Target's Argo and Wal-Mart's Pacific Rim though.

That's exactly what it means. The sticker is just referring to the blu-ray being an exclusive. The featurette will be on every copy.

I'm assuming that means it's not on the dvd.

This does not make sense. The "Only @ Best Buy" sticker clearly says "Exclusive Blu-ray Edition with 'Wolfcop Unleashed' Behind the Scenes Featurette", which would mean that this edition of the BD (containing that featurette) is exclusive to Best Buy.

I will reach out to Image to see if they can clarify the matter, but based on the above evidence, I don't see how we can assume the featurette will be on the standard Blu-ray.

What it says is "EXCLUSIVE BLU-RAY EDITION featuring "Wolfcop Unleashed" Behind The Scenes Featurette", which could easily be read as the actual blu-ray being the exclusive (which it is, for now).

Worth mentioning, when Best Buy did their exclusive version of Stage Fright, the 12-minute "Legend Of Beaver Dam" short was included on a bonus DVD and not on the actual blu-ray. The 12-minute standard definition short could have easily fit on the blu-ray disc.

Saw the Blu in Wal Mart today. Didn't really pay attention to extras.

Online cover images aside, surely a Canadian film would get a local, bilingual Canadian BD? The US BD has only English audio and subtitles.

The last three exclusives (Munich, Andromedia Strain, Sneakers) had a different UPC on a sticker which was stuck on the shrink wrap. However, the UPC found on the cover was the same UPC that was reported for the general release. Sounds like the same thing for this release.
